You can also enjoy hearty brewery cuisine vegetarian and vegan. Our motto „full creativity in the brew kettle and in the cooking pot“ applies in particular to our meatless creations. With our kitchen team, we are constantly developing and refining vegetarian and vegan dishes. We attach great importance to fresh seasonal and regional products, which we combine with modern preparation. This is how we ensure that valuable nutrients are preserved as best as possible thanks to gentle cooking processes. A really good treat.
